  I had a great experience at The Joint Cannabis on Main & Inkster. The store was clean, well-organised, and had a great selection of products. Laura provided incredible customer service she was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions and make excellent recommendations without making me feel rushed. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location, especially if Laura is there!

  With so many things in the market its easy to get confused, the staff here knows what they are doing, specially Rubina, she gave options and calmly explained . Will definitely visit again.

  This is my go-to location! The staff are always friendly and welcoming, but I especially want to recognize Purav. He is always helpful, knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Every visit is a great experience because he greets me with a smile and provides excellent customer service. It’s clear that he knows the products well and genuinely wants to help customers find what they’re looking for. Thank you, Purav, for consistently making every visit such a positive experience. Highly recommend this location!

  I had an accident a year ago I started going to this store and the staff has been just excellent with me play show the right amount of empathy when I come in there always have the best indica and the best service they believe even open the door for you that is a business I own a business before I was injured I know exactly what that kind of treatment means to someone who's coming in to make a purchase not for recreational but for medical purposes now I appreciate these ladies all the staff one year not a single problem

  I have lived less than a block away for 2 years, I had initially given a terrible review because of this insanely rude, genuinely miserable, bald guy that was even rude to his staff. I went back a few weeks ago and I was just so shocked by how different it is now. I get incredibly good assistance every time. Super funny and friendly, they always give me free stuff! I have warm gloves, 2 shot glasses, and the best ashtray I’ve ever had. The reason this place is no longer awful is: number 1 by far is “the Irish guy.” I asked for his name for when I leave a review, he said “I’m the Irish guy, everyone knows me!” Hilarious person and I’m always glad when he’s there. I’d honestly been really struggling with my mental health and seeing him genuinely helped my brain realize that I'm cool. Really really really helped me and I’d be pissed if I found out he didn’t get promoted.
