  I visited this store on Saturday, August 1, at approximately 1:00 PM. I was specifically looking for a high-potency ground sativa. At the time, the only two options close to 30% THC were Purple Churro and Pineapple Gelato. Based on the information available in-store, I purchased Purple Churro. Immediately after leaving the store, I checked the online menu and realized that Pineapple Gelato was being offered at a better value for a lower price. I returned to the store within approximately five minutes—before opening or using the product—to politely request an exchange. Unfortunately, the employee on duty declined my request, stating that I had simply “changed my mind.” While I understand that retailers have policies regarding returns and exchanges, I was disappointed by the complete lack of flexibility, especially given how promptly I returned and that the product remained unopened. Customer service is often measured by a business’s willingness to reasonably accommodate situations like this. Although the interaction was courteous, the rigid approach left me with a disappointing impression. I hope management will consider implementing a more customer-focused policy for unopened products in similar circumstances.

  I had a great experience at the Joint Cannabis store on Kenaston. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They took the time to guide me through the different infused joints and shatter options and explained the products in a way that was easy to understand, especially for beginners. I was also impressed by their knowledge of CBD products and how they help customers looking for options to manage pain and discomfort. It was refreshing to see staff who genuinely understand the products they sell and are able to provide helpful recommendations based on individual needs. In addition to their product knowledge, the staff do an excellent job maintaining a clean, organized, and attractive store. The displays are regularly updated, which makes the shopping experience more engaging and helps showcase new and featured products. Excellent customer service, product knowledge, and store presentation. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a welcoming and informative cannabis shopping experience.
