  I came in yesterday and received really good service from Palak K. I noticed her name on the receipt. She was very helpful, and took the time to understand what I needed. I also had a really great conversation with her. My husband was experiencing back pain and needed something to apply. Palak recommended a product that turned out to be absolutely amazing. It has helped him a lot and has been very effective. Thank you, Palak, for your wonderful recommendation, and such a pleasant conversation! I really appreciate your help.

  I had a great experience with Palak at Joint Cannabis. She was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. Her excellent customer service really stood out. Highly recommend visiting and asking for Palak!

  If I could leave 0/5 star rating I would. Lazy, slow and rude staff. Store doesn’t honour its own return policy or stand behind the products they sell. Spend your money at one of the thousand other dispensaries in the city, don’t give this joke of a place your money. I’ve been to several other The Joint locations and while they aren’t great either they’re a 100x better than this location. Thanks for nothing, your store sucks.

  I visited Joint Cannabis last week in the morning, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I was helped by an employee named John C., who recommended a product that did not meet my expectations and turned out to be a poor suggestion. I decided to give store another chance, so I returned this week. Sadly, the experience was even worse. I was standing in line waiting for my turn, but the same guy i saw that day he skipped over me without asking and began serving another customer instead. It made me feel ignored and disrespected. I was visiting from Calgary and expected much better customer service. Unfortunately, this was the worst customer service experience I had during my trip. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, provides additional customer service training, and ensures every customer is treated fairly, respectfully, and equally. Every customer deserves to be acknowledged, respected, and served in the order they arrive.
