Bought a queen size bed from this location. Soon as I walked in, was greeted by an eager beaver! (Not literally, can you imagine?!) Her name was Joyce Delima-Edwards! I cannot recommend her enough for polite professionalism, being informative and comfortably reassuring me to make a grand purchase. I recently visited The Brick with my brother and a friend to purchase a couch, and unfortunately, the customer service experience was quite disappointing.
Our sales associate, whose name was Marilyn (or something similar), an old Filipina lady, approached us to assist with the purchase. From the beginning, her attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional. When I mentioned that I receive a special workplace discount through my employer when purchasing from The Brick, she immediately stated that there was “nothing like that” and claimed those offers had been discontinued “many, many years ago.”
I then explained that I had personally purchased a sofa set from the same location approximately a year ago and had successfully received an additional 20% discount on an already discounted price through the same workplace program. Despite this, she continued insisting that no such offer existed. What made the interaction even more disappointing was her use of the phrase “walk away” during the conversation, which came across as rude and disrespectful toward a customer genuinely seeking clarification.
Due to the poor experience, I contacted corporate directly and later visited The Brick Outlet instead. There, the staff were much more professional and knowledgeable, and I was able to purchase the couch along with the additional 20% workplace discount without any issue.
While I am satisfied with the final purchase, the experience at this particular location left a negative impression because of the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and misinformation provided by the sales associate.

I had a great experience at The Brick thanks to Sudhanshu. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process—took the time to understand what I was looking for, helped me find a really comfortable mattress, and worked with me to get a great deal.
He also made the delivery process easy and convenient, which I really appreciated. Overall, very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
I strongly recommend asking for Sudhanshu if you’re shopping at The Brick.

It was a wonderful experience, easy, fast, etc. We received assistance from Hamed, thanks to him we have comfortable reclining couches :’) thank youuuu!! They have their tent sale going on, definitely should check their sales out! They have some great deals. Couches going for $499-$1200!! The L couch below went down to $499 from $799! There are similar reclining couches for $699. The delivery was also so smooth! They came by and left within 20 mins or so! We didn’t need to assemble anything and they took the couches to where they needed to be. Much appreciated!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
