    Terrible online shopping experience. I placed my order on June 25, and it has been stuck on “Shipped” ever since. There has been no update and no communication from FedEx or Samsonite. I even emailed customer service and never received a response. I had to buy another suitcase because I couldn’t wait any longer. I still don’t know if or when I’ll receive a refund. Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend ordering online.
