Tried to sell a bin of about 30 items to them and they didn’t take anything, one of their reasons was that swimsuits need to be brand new with tags, this is a thrift store not to mention I don’t think I’ve ever seen a swimsuit there with brand new tags. Also didn’t look like they even went through the bin everything was folded and put in the same order I brought it in and folded the same way looking untouched. I’m surprised they get so much inventory with the amount of rules they have. One of there other rules is absolutely no pilling meanwhile half the stuff in store is dirty from being on the floor and stepped on same thing at the polo location

What a waste of time. Better off donating to a thrift store. For the time and gas you lose its not worth the trip. You will come out negative from the loss of gas

Crappy experience today. I took in about fifteen items, all in good condition and newer. I was told it’d be about an hour wait, so I stayed in the area and grabbed lunch, as an hour had passed I came back and was told it’d still be another hour and a bit. At this point I’m like “I’m going home”, and within ten minutes of arriving at home, I got the text. So I drive all the way back, for them to have taken two items, and paying me 8$ for it. For a store filled with tacky fast fashion, they sure are pretentious. The system they use needs updating, it is extremely frustrating to be given as estimate that’s wrong, multiple times. Poor customer service, rude employees, and they are crazy stuck up about what they purchase. Not worth your time, don’t even try.

Had an empty reusable bag and was told i needed to put behind the counter. If reusable bags are mandatory let me bring a reusable bag and if I can’t carry a tote bag put up a sign. The only sign on the door said no backpacks and I had an empty reusable bag.
