I had a very disappointing experience at the Micheal Kors store. The staff member, names yishu was rude and unwelcoming throughout my visit, which made me feel uncomfortable as a customer.
I purchased an expensive bag and expected it to be packaged with care. Unfortunately, the packaging was not done properly and did not reflect the quality or value of the product I purchased.
I believe customers should receive courteous service and appropriate packaging, especially when making a significant purchase. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience in the future.

Just saw something right now, 3:05 pm on June 3.
I was outside the store and the staff called out to a lady to check her bag and when she left they called her out from the corridor to check her bag again. Like I have seen embarrassment on her face and utter disbelief. Check the god damn cameras. And at least learn to read people properly.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. On Friday, May 15, I selected a Michael Kors watch from the display and asked a staff member to show it to me. She took the display piece to the back and returned with a boxed watch, saying it was a new piece. I trusted her and completed the purchase without being shown the actual watch inside the box.
When I got home the same day, I noticed that one of the stones (diamond) was missing and there were multiple scratches on the watch, which clearly showed it was not brand new.
I went back to the store on Tuesday, May 19 around 11 AM, and the same staff member told me that it was the “last piece” and a “final sale,” so no refund or exchange was possible. She also insisted that the watch was brand new when she sold it, which is not true based on its condition.
This felt very misleading and unprofessional. The condition of the product and the return policy were not properly communicated. I expected better honesty and customer service. I would not recommend this store.

I love shopping. But yesterday when I was at the outlet collection I was not having a fun time shopping. I really wanted to get my mother a tracksuit or a sweatsuit but I literally couldn't find anything in the mall for her. So I wandered into Michael Kors looking for purses and while I was in there I actually located a very beautiful purse that I wanted to buy. I wandered around the store quite a bit, made eye contact with a few of the employees but no one came over to help me or asked if I needed any help, so I decided to hold off on my impulse to buy that purse and look at other places in the mall before coming back to get this beautiful purse. I wandered to coach didn't see anything I liked in there, and I think I went through another one or two stores before I ended up in Kate Spade. As soon as I entered. Kate Spade, staff member approached me asked if I needed any assistance or help finding anything. I told her that I was not really having a great time in the mall because I wanted to buy my mom a tracksuit and I couldn't find a tracksuit in the entire mall and that I kind of already chosen a purse at Michael Kors. She immediately started asking me questions about what I was looking for in purses, even though I already told her that I had already picked one out at another store. We then spent about 10 or 15 minutes looking at purses in one side of the store. Me sending her here or there to check prices to find a matching clutch etc. Probably after about 20 to 30 minutes. We had settled on a certain purse and matching clutch and when I walked closer to the register I noticed this beautiful purse on the clearance wall. So at that point I scrapped everything that we had been working on and asked her about this particular purse. We found a clutch to go with it and I got it wrapped and everything. And my mother absolutely loved it. Makes me really happy because normally she returns the things that I buy her. Also, the staff at Kate Spade was amazing and the entire trip to the outlet collection would have been a waste of time that day had it not been for them and the store manager from Swarovski. Another note on the purse from Kate Spade, mom really likes the fact it has feet on the bottom so it won't touch the floor. Funny fact, my mother had also gone to Micheal Kors that day decked out in her Micheal Kors drip, three hours earlier and also did not get approached by any staff. By her description, it appears to be the same staff that was working when I went. Check out what I got her from Kate Spade it's so dope and both were less expensive than the purse from MK.
