  I had such a great interaction w the educator (Laurie) from the polo park location that I thought “maybe I’ll give LuLu another chance” … as the customer service is usually garbage for such a high price point product… 4 people standing behind the till chatting… 2 ladies at the change rooms chatting… I literally said excuse me to the ladies at the change rooms chatting… no flinch, not at all aware of their surroundings… nearly walked out… I really want to like Lulu… this service makes it near impossible

  We had a wonderful experience at Lululemon (Polo Park). Arthur provided exceptional support from the moment we arrived — he was knowledgeable, patient, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Sarah S was equally amazing. She assisted us with placing an online order and handled a gift card issue with such professionalism and care. Her customer-focused approach really stood out — she went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved perfectly. Overall, the level of service was outstanding. Both Arthur and Sarah S made us feel genuinely valued as customers. Thank you for such a great experience — we will definitely be coming back!

  The one lady who helped me out the other day was so rude, it was honestly the worst service i’ve ever gotten. Learn some respect. I used to come here and everyone was great and helpful, but i’m not going back to this location again.
