As with any business, employees are its greatest asset, and everyone is so friendly, cheerful and eager to help. Definitely makes shopping here an excellent experience. Also the touch with everyone carrying a red Lulu bag makes it super easy to identify if someone works there if you need any assistance.

He took the time to answer all of our questions and made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Sarah S was equally amazing. She assisted us with placing an online order and handled a gift card issue with such professionalism and care. Her customer-focused approach really stood out — she went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved perfectly. Overall, the level of service was outstanding. Both Arthur and Sarah S made us feel genuinely valued as customers. Thank you for such a great experience — we will definitely be coming back!
