The male employee asked if I was doing okay, so I asked if I could try on the short-sleeve style of the shirt I had on. For some reason he assumed my size (2 sizes bigger) instead of just asking? When I told him what size I actually wanted he just stared at me for a few seconds and went to grab what I asked for, no apology whatsoever. If I did this to a customer I would be mortified!

Shae and Robin were incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for in terms of colours, styles and fabric. They paid close attention to the feedback I was giving as I tried different pieces on. What really stood out was how willing they were to work with me and help me find something that actually suited my needs rather than simply pushing products. They were friendly, patient, attentive, and genuinely made the shopping experience enjoyable. I really appreciated the effort and care they put into helping me find the right outfit. Shae and Robin are a fantastic representation of what great customer service should look like!

As with any business, employees are its greatest asset, and everyone is so friendly, cheerful and eager to help. Definitely makes shopping here an excellent experience. Also the touch with everyone carrying a red Lulu bag makes it super easy to identify if someone works there if you need any assistance.
