  I’ve been dealing with Jeff at IJL for about a year now, and he’s always been so nice to talk to and very attentive. He recently helped me locate a diamond tennis bracelet for a gift and did an absolutely wonderful job. He really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find an option that I would be happy with his expertise helped point me to the right direction. Jeff is knowledgeable, patient, and makes the whole process fun and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend him to any of my friends & family. Thank you again Jeff!

  My husband surprised me with a trip to IJL to pick out an early 10 year wedding anniversary ring and Rebecca was excited to show me what IJL had to offer. With her help, we found the perfect ring! Rebecca was relaxed and easily understood what I was looking for. Total professionalism and I really appreciated her help.

  We visited this store to purchase a Hamilton watch, and from the moment we walked in, Skyler made us feel welcome. She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the watches. I had some concerns about the watch band and was actually close to changing my mind about the purchase. However, Skyler took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find the perfect option with confidence. Overall, we had an excellent shopping experience. I’m very happy with both the outstanding customer service and my new Hamilton watch. Highly recommend this store, and a special thank you to Skyler for making the experience so enjoyable!

  Bought my Fiance's engagement ring back in October of 2025. Rebecca who helped me pick the ring was amazing and went above and beyond. As someone who gets a bit anxious buying expensive items she really helped make the decision easy and confident in my choice. Was able to take the spirit of what I wanted and turned it into something real. Looking forward to buying wedding rings from IJL.

  We had an awesome experience visiting IJL. From the door to the purchase everything was handled very professionally. One of the employees, Dodgie who has served us during our visit was amazing. Although the watch we were looking to buy was sold right in front of us, same one was ordered for us immediately and we received it couple of days later. Highly recommended
