  Skylar was an absolute gem to work with. I walked in feeling intimidated because I knew I was shopping at a relatively low price point but she was so welcoming and the way she treated me felt like I was there to spend thousands. My husband absolutely loves the watch she helped me purchase and if you're looking for a special watch for someone, I would definitely recommend you start at IJL.

  Had a fantastic experience at IJL purchasing a new watch. When there, ask for Jeff. As someone who is just getting into watches, Jeff was extremely patient and happily answered all my questions, took the time to show me all the features of my new watch and made the entire experience very enjoyable. I look forward to purchasing another watch in the near future and will make sure Jeff is the man to assist me.

  Was at IJL in Winnipeg looking to acquire a specific OMEGA. First greeted by friendly security and then Janelle. She was enthusiastic and professional. She immediately showed me the watch i was looking for. I wanted to wear the watch home depending on fit . I have large wrists and was returning home the next morning. Janelle and the horologists in the back found and added 3 links to the bracelet for a comfortable fit.The expedited service and the package presentation added a great deal to my bucket list purchase. Janelle was again on point a week later when i needed information for insurance purposes. Thanks again.

  Jeff at IJL helped me choose and update my Omega Submariner Chronograph band with a very high end Omega strap and Buckle. He was meticulous about the look, colour, and fit of the new strap. Jeff kept me updated on the ordering and process to install the new strap. I very much appreciated his knowledge and professional approach. I look forward to future purchases and the professionalism that Jeff brings to IJL. Thank you so much, the watch looks amazing!!
