  I dealt with a gentleman, Dodgie Dator. My engagement ring diamond was damaged, and he picked out a beautiful diamond for me. I was extremely pleased with the results. I dealt with him when I was out of the country, and he was absolutely amazing and accomadating to my needs. I would highly recommend Dodgie for his expertise. There is beautiful jewelry it was hard not to buy a another piece.

  Jeff was Great! I pretty much knew what I wanted but was still looking at a few different options. They had excellent stock on hand and Jeff took time to explain the differences and benefits of each watch as well as make some suggestions/opinions I hadn't thought of. I was unaware they took appointments and a Customer came in that had booked one. I expected that we were out of time and would need to come back to finalize the sale. Jeff went to the customer, spent a few minutes to get them started and came back and finished with the final decision making. I was extremely impressed as the customer with the appointment was looking at a much higher price point than I was. Bottom Line, LOVE my watch, extremely pleased and satisfied with IJL, their selection, the knowledge and most importantly, the attention given to each customer, regardless the budget!

  Great experience purchasing two watches from Jeff at IJL. He was incredibly patient, took the time to walk us through different options, and really helped us feel comfortable with our decision. His knowledge about the watches was impressive, and at no point did we feel pressured. Excellent customer service and a very enjoyable buying experience overall. Highly recommend working with Jeff and the IJL team

  Once you buy a watch and put on your wrist it might reflect to the others who you are - your choice, your taste, your status etc. But more important is when you look at that timepiece "to check the time" at least several times a day how you feel about ... Interestingly that will often bring your memories of purchasing that piece - that is why that experience is so important. IJL is making it great for you, better and more generous than buying it directly from official site !!! (Personal experience)

  Janelle and the whole team at IJL made the experience of my purchase truly enjoyable. Every aspect of their process was easy for myself as the buyer, getting to work in tandem with them in the design of it was a very nice touch. Allowing me to really break down each portion of the ring to my specific wants and needs. Working with them on this to make my engagement to my beautiful fiancée as special as it was. I can’t imagine using another store in Winnipeg for an occasion as momentous as this.
