  Needed to look for shoes for an event. Staff were very nice. Had to return some of what I had bought, no issues, very good experience.

  0/10 . Never order online . Your order you paid for won’t show up and then when you ask for a resolution, customer service isn’t helpful. Had to get my bank to do a charge back because they lost my order and have no idea where it is 😂

  I visited the DSW store recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff member name Nadia , I interacted with was noticeably rude and had an unprofessional demeanour. Instead of offering help, they seemed impatient and uninterested, simply because the store was closing soon. As a customer, I understand closing times, but basic courtesy and assistance should still be provided. This interaction left a very negative impression, and I hope management addresses this so future customers feel welcomed and respected.

  The worst store to shop ever! 25 mins and counting just to pay for the articles! Two cashiers at the counter and now both are missing! Pathetic management!
