No signage or anything for the building. Doesn't look open, called around opening time and the number was disconnected.

Zero stars for customer service, if Google allowed it. This is now the fourth visit in a row where I’ve walked into this location and been largely ignored while staff carried on personal conversations amongst themselves. Today’s topic was bar fights. Last time, it was some wild story involving the cops. Apparently either conversation was more important than acknowledging a customer walking through their door.. What really sealed it today was watching the men working there greet the male customer who walked in after me while I was still standing there completely unacknowledged. Eventually, I was offered help and told that staff ignoring me was “nothing personal.” I’m not sure how that is supposed to make the situation better. I wasn’t expecting a red carpet. I was expecting the bare minimum: “Hi" or "Hi, we’ll be with you in a minute.” Once could be an off day. Twice could be bad luck. Four consecutive visits is a pattern. I won’t be returning to this location. If you’re set on spending your money at Delta 9, I strongly suggest choosing another store. This one has made it abundantly clear, repeatedly, that my business isn’t worth interrupting a personal conversation for.

I’ve been frequenting this D9 for a few years now. The Manager is a taller bearded fellow, often found in a trucker hat. He’s a fantastic source of info on strains and cares about the details. Cat and Chris also are super knowledgeable about product— admittedly, Cat tends to make the rec’s that hit my checklist hardest and Sage n Sour, as well as Pink Kush, have become some of my fave strains because of her. (although Sage n Sour was actually a rec from another bud tender that spoke through Cat, we ended up chatting about it later.) In essence, if you take the time to get to know your bud tender and let your bud tender get to know you, and ask questions instead of thinking ya know it all 🤭, they’ll learn to get ya exactly what ya need. If you just need a chill out n and out it’s great and the stock has loads of options at decent price points. If you want to be catered to, the staff here are very friendly, there’s loads more unnamed that have slipped my brain right now but each of em is personable and pleasant. Get your bud here. It’s pretty worth it. - Sloane
