I was a regular customer until today. Went to purchase product & was asked to take my jacket hood down, which I did. I still had a toque on underneath which I was not asked to remove. Meanwhile the clerk Mike had a whole Covid face mask on. I told him my face was still visible so why did I need to remove my hood & what if I too had to wear a mask for medical reasons? He must not have liked my questions because he asked me to leave the store. The red headed female clerk agreed with him. So now people get offended by questions. Personally I don't think this Mike guy has the fortitude or proper attitude to be working at a weed dispensary. He should be fired. I'll never shop at this store or any of their other locations after today.

Great selection of products, friendly staff. They have a new system and the click and collects aren't working as good as they did before.

Was visiting Winnipeg and thought to drop by to get some pre-rolls. I had amazing customer service and had all my questions answered about the product and the city! Shout out to Crystal and Halie absolute legends!

My favourite store around Ellice, not just cause they sell pot. But because they are actually decent people, as in they welcome new customers and the deals they have there are great value and they are knowledgeable in products but you need to know what you want first though! 5/5 store, highly recommended and will be a returning customer because today’s staff was AWESOME! I got the lucky one today because I wasn’t able to buy the deal that they had today. Collecting reward points through spark rewards, really is a game changer for us “pot heads” and there is a glitch I need to fix on spark rewards app. I’m not able to leave a review of my product I bought for the reward points you get on each purchase… this is my only chance at leaving a review and yes truly love this place! Don’t leave! Don’t change! This store give me joy. Thank you! Is there a way to leave reviews for a product you already bought from before, or is there a time span on when your suppose to leave a review and collect spark rewards points? How long do spark rewards last?
