ZERO STARS FOR THIS PARTICULAR STORE. The person behind the counter was condescending and rude. When I asked them to explain me the discounts offered in store she was abruptly being rude. Honestly this was the worst experience. Still we bought the product in store. If you look at the attached picture the tag says $49 but on the receipt it says original price was $60 & the discount was applied based on that. WHAT A SCAM!!! I am not the kind of person to leave bad google reviews for no reason but as I tried calling their call center to get them to investigate this they presented with the tag on the item is in US DOLLARS but they are running a retail business in Canada. Honestly at this point it’s not about the money anymore. It’s about the principle.

Very disappointing experience. The manager had a very rude and arrogant attitude and clearly did not know how to treat customers with respect. Customer service was terrible, communication was poor, and I felt ignored when I raised my concerns. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, the manager’s behaviour made the situation even worse. The staff seemed unorganized, and the overall experience was frustrating from start to finish. I expected much better service and professionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not be returning.

I had an excellent shopping experience at the Calvin Klein store. Julia and Aiya were absolutely fantastic — incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their multilingual skills made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. They truly represent the brand with excellence. Highly recommended!
