  Very disappointing experience at this store. The red-haired employee was extremely rude and unhelpful when I asked for assistance. She did not make any effort to help and the interaction felt very unprofessional. I also overheard her yelling at employees, which was uncomfortable to witness. I hope management addresses this behaviour and works toward creating a more respectful environment for both customers and staff.

  I went to visit my niece at aerie not too long ago and overall the experience was decent. The staff don’t have much concept about customer service though. Later that day my niece told me she overheard her co worker (a young readheaded girl) talking about the way I looked after I left. This is extremely hurtful I don’t understand how you are able to hire people that are so hateful and rude. Not to mention I’ve heard countless encounters with this same lady. I’m very disappointed in aerie. Do better.

  Went into aerie this past week with my husband to shop for swimwear. Extremely disappointed when one of the staff members (a redheaded young lady) decided to give me dirty looks and body shame me calling me a brown hog behind my back to her fellow coworker. My husband overheard the interaction. I won’t be returning. Please don’t shop here if you are a person of colour or plus size. Staff isn’t friendly.

  Terrible experience. I went to the store in person and was told I could call the next day to check if the item was still on hold because of their 24-hour hold policy. When I called, the employee was rude and straight up said, “No, you cannot buy it,” because it was being held for an employee. Then I was told employees can hold items for up to a week. So customers get 24 hours, but employees get special treatment? Completely unfair and very unprofessional. The communication was misleading, and the attitude made it even worse. This kind of behavior is exactly why people don’t shop here.

  I usually have an alright time finding something to buy but today was not good at all. I picked out some bras and headed for the change room. A worker was standing at the change rooms hanging bras and said nothing to me so I asked for a room, she quickly said that someone els would help me. I waited and finally another worker let me in a room and it was extremely dirty. The chair was horribly stained with yellow and brown stains. The walls filthy and in need of a deep scrub, hangers shoved behind the seat and tags on the floor. Being a bra store I would expect them to have a measuring tape on hand but the worker said they don’t do that here. Nothing fit and no one helped me find one that would work so I left. All and all please deep clean your change rooms.
