  First time discounts at 15%, which is crazy low compared to Dispensaries in Antioch/Concord at 40-80% off. They also add $5-$10 on top of a majority of products, you can get them cheaper going a 15-20 minute drive at any other dispensary

  I've had a painful knee injury for over a year and the products I found at Velvet have been the only thing that truly helps the pain. The tricky thing is that they're so effective that I think I can do all the things -- and realize I did too much once they wear off. I really appreciated the consultative approach at Velvet to help me find the right products. For example, they asked if I was experiencing joint pain or muscle pain, if I wanted to focus or relax more, what my budget was, and how sensitive I was to scents. This helped me narrow down to two products -- one edible and one topical -- that have been so truly life changing. I used them after surgery instead of my prescription painkillers and am so glad I did.

  Realised why I don't come here. Today, the security guard was nice. I went to the ATM and grabbed Cash for my transaction, which my confirmation email told me how much it was. When I got up to the counter, the girl had such a bad attitude (short, brown hair faded blonde highlights, snake nose piercing). I told her I had a pickup, and she rolled her eyes. She asked for my name and couldn't find it with my last name so she asked for my first. When she found it she scoffed and walked back over. She told me my total and it wasn't what my email had said apparently I came here two years ago and wasn't a member. Today I placed an online order and made an account it automatically added a discount to my order the girl told me it was for newcomers but it didn't say that anywhere. I think you guys should have a better system or have staff trained on guest service when there is a mistake on your end. I left without buying anything and the people with me left without buying anything very disappointed. Again continuing to show that Alhambra has better dispensaries.
