  Realised why I don't come here. Today, the security guard was nice. I went to the ATM and grabbed Cash for my transaction, which my confirmation email told me how much it was. When I got up to the counter, the girl had such a bad attitude (short, brown hair faded blonde highlights, snake nose piercing). I told her I had a pickup, and she rolled her eyes. She asked for my name and couldn't find it with my last name so she asked for my first. When she found it she scoffed and walked back over. She told me my total and it wasn't what my email had said apparently I came here two years ago and wasn't a member. Today I placed an online order and made an account it automatically added a discount to my order the girl told me it was for newcomers but it didn't say that anywhere. I think you guys should have a better system or have staff trained on guest service when there is a mistake on your end. I left without buying anything and the people with me left without buying anything very disappointed. Again continuing to show that Alhambra has better dispensaries.

  I had a fantastic experience at Velvet Cannabis Weed Dispensary. The atmosphere is welcoming, but what really made the visit was the service from my budtender, Nick. I came in specifically looking for premium organic pre-rolls, and Nick was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and walked me through several high-quality options. Based on his recommendations, I ended up getting the Coastal Sun certified organic mini pre-rolls. Coastal Sun is known for their OCal certified, sustainably farmed sun-grown cannabis, and these minis were exactly what I was looking for. If you want a dispensary with an expertly trained staff and a great selection of clean, organic products, definitely check this place out and ask for Nick!
