Products missing pricing. Items said to be in stock not actually in stock. Honestly was probably the worst place I have ever been. Will never recommend going there unless you like dealing with rude employees.

SunJan 2, 20262.0stopped here while supercharging and took my dog to the store. very cool design with a whole ass redwood trunk and a waterfall in the back! however the experience was soured by the slowest checkout line I've ever had the displeasure of standing in. the cashier moved at an absolutely glacial pace, until i filled up on charge and ended up getting hit with idle charges because i was stuck in line for TWENTY FIVE MINUTES. the other line moved literally twice as fast. I don't wanna publicly name and shame the cashier, but I'm happy to discuss privately if a BSP rep wants to reach out. srsly, someone needs to train this guy in efficiency.
- JLJose L.Dec 28, 20251.0Honestly pretty upsetting the way we were treated at the fishing department. Not only were we ignored in line to pay and get our reel spooled, the reel never got spooled. I get it if you guys are busy but at least have some decency in disclosing whether if the reel would get spooled or not. Definitely upsetting as I as a local always come to this store for my next fishing trips but now these actions and customer service towards us really makes me think twice about coming back.

I visited this location for the first time on 12/20/25 and the service I received from Al and others from the fishing section was above and beyond. The store manager was also awesome for expeditiously taking care of my fishing tackle backpack issue. I’ve been to other Bass Pro Shops in other states and I must say the service here was the best. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have no problem driving 1.5hrs to this store for the great service. This store is properly stocked and very well maintained. My only issue was the folks from the Hilton Vacations timeshare OMG they are very aggressive and annoying. I understand they trying to sell their stuff however I wanted to just shop in peace and enjoy the store layout. This store is definitely a winner. Thanks again.
- EEErinDec 18, 20254.0The store is great and the employees are friendly. However, if you’re epileptic, this store can be difficult to be in. I went in to buy a gift, and while being a bit short-staffed wasn’t the issue, there were multiple flashing lights near the checkout that were impossible to avoid while waiting in line which made me extremely nauseous and required medications to counter. Edit: An employee also mentioned that these lights bother other employees as well. If they’re affecting people without photosensitivity, the lights pose a serious seizure risk for those of us who are.
