- SSSAApr 22, 20251.0This store in unprofessional and I did not receive customer service for my sunglasses that needed repair. I arrived in the morning at opening store hours only to see that there was no employee at the store and asked for the manager. I later proceeded to the other store in the mall, but they were too busy to help me with my concern. I went back another day to the store in Macys and no one could help me with my glasses that needed repair, the manager did not accurately try or fix my glasses that needed repair.
- EGEdward GApr 5, 20221.0Extremely unsatisfied with unprofessionalism and irresposibility of people who work at this Sunglass Hut location. It took a 3 month to receive correct set of lenses to replace my Persol sunglasses, lenses where lost, wrong lenses where ordered, missing... employees here don't know what they doing. After I received my lenses, a guy was unable to replace them because he was not qualified enough and was afraid to break frames. So they left me with my frames and pair of replacement lenses. Luckily, I got new lenses installed at Lens Crafters free of charge by real professional. Avoid this location!

I was scared to buy a Christmas present for my mother for the holidays, but she ensured me my gift would arrive before Christmas, and even followed up with me by calling me and asking if I have received my order. Will be buying from them again!
