  I recently had an outstanding shopping experience at the Manhattan Beach Sunglasses Hut, and it was all thanks to the incredible Ms. Jelynn-Evette! From the moment I stepped into the store, her warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. Ms. Jelynn-Evette took the time to understand my needs and preferences, diligently working to find the perfect shades that fit my face and style. Her attention to detail was remarkable; she not only showcased a wide variety of options but also took the initiative to search online for other pairs that weren't available in-store. This level of commitment is truly commendable! When I asked for her honest opinion on which sunglasses looked best on me, she provided thoughtful feedback that helped me make informed decisions. It’s clear that she has a great eye for fashion—it felt like I was being assisted by a true eyewear fashion consultant. After two hours of trying on different pairs, I finally decided on two stunning options: the Tom Ford Ilias Sunglasses and the Prada 17 Grey Translucent Sunglasses.   I called around 11:30 to ask a question about a pair of glasses. The girl did not answer the phone in what a worker in a store like this should answer. I asked a question and she quickly replied and as I began asking my second question she just hung up on me. This is the perfect way to lose customers. Train your staff to have 100% great customer skills. Stop hiring little kids that don’t care about your business because they swap jobs like t-shirts or only need them to get by for a while.
