We came in a month ago looking for the Meta Glasses and apparently it was the last pair. I made the purchase left on vacation came back went on a work trip and finally got to open them well they are extremely big and fall off my face. They don’t stay on. Went into the store today and was assisted by Elizabeth who was the original sales person for this order. Who told me once they were opened I couldn’t exchange them. I was at the Del amo store yesterday and was told that was not true! They can be exchanged or fully refunded within the 30 days. And if it’s over the 30 day period only that store could make the exemption. Well I was rejected an exchange no other options were given either. I’m really bummed I spent $400 on a pair of glasses I can’t use and are new! Beware when purchasing here! Make sure they fit correctly! Or you’ll be stuck with something you can’t use! I will be reaching out to corporate to see if they can help offer a solution. Employees Please be mindful with your customers. Don’t give wrong information just to make a sale! Be as nice and professional as you were when trying to sell them something!
