  I had an exceptional experience with Elizabeth, the Nordstrom manager who was recently transferred from Brentwood to Manhattan Beach. I was in urgent need of a dress, but the website didn’t offer rush delivery. Elizabeth went above and beyond by locating the item, contacting the store, and staying on the phone for over an hour to arrange overnight delivery. Her dedication and commitment to customer service are truly remarkable. I only wish she hadn’t been transferred to Manhattan Beach—Brentwood has lost an incredible manager. We sincerely hope she returns to Brentwood soon!
