Purchased some stuff online, returned it in store got a credit. All good. Then I noticed my credit was decreasing to finally zero. Asked the store, they told me someone from another store stole my credit. Referred me back to online “customer service” and they told me there was nothing they can do. Read the other reviews just BAD customer service. Take your money else where.

The customer service at Alo has gone downhill.
No one greets you or seems to want to guide you to the section the item you ask for is in.
I had the same experience at the Alo at The Grove. This is where Lululemon is doing a better job at.

It’s time for a change in management. E-Commerce sales are taking over. One Difference between shopping online and in person is the experience that “Employees”can offer to their customers. These employees lack people skills. They don’t greet, they don’t listen, they don’t offer help. Change the culture in this store by hiring people who want to service their customers.

So I must say, this has been a wonderful retail experience at ALO. Richard with whom I spoke with initially was amazing. He listened to my issue( which was not with the store, as i ordered online), just to be clear. He resolved my issue and along with his team, I left ALO a happy customer. Excellent customer service and quality product. I will definitely purchase again and again. Thank you team.

the charge for additional amount, for a color exchange after 48 hours of purchase, for an unused product, is concerning. As a returning customer, I have purchased from Alo previously. I believe that, as a professional courtesy, charging a loyal customer in this manner is not appropriate. This approach to customer service is not ideal. Just wanted to get different color hoodies and pants set , and I had to pay almost $100 more for a different color. ?!? Not happy with transaction.
