  Horrible customer service experience. If I could rate 0 stars for this store I would! As I was shopping there was no acknowledgment no greeting and I was ignored. I wanted to try on clothes and asked for a fitting room at 7:30 pm the rep stated the fitting rooms were closed. I left my clothes and walked out to checked online what time they closed, they closed at 8 pm. They close their fitting rooms 30 mins before closing? Never coming back

  I rarely leave reviews for retail stores, but I truly have to highlight the help I received at Aerie. Not only do I love their clothing, but the manager was incredibly kind and genuinely amazing. I really appreciated the experience.

  I was disappointed on the whole experience. I took my niece and when we walked in we were ignored I had to say hello first and when I asked for items they didn’t want to bother to help me look. My niece asked for the price of some items she liked and the girl didn’t help I had to go ask her again and she was giving attitude. The whole time it felt like the workers didn’t want to be there and weren’t helpful nor polite. Bad customer service l!

  This store is full of so many cute outfits. They have clothes for every body type with different color options. The store is always well stocked. Kaitlyn is very helpful and she's always very friendly. I love going there as they update their inventory on a regular basis. Why did it take them this long to have a store with everything you need? The quality is outstanding. My attires are over the top. I love this store!
