  I brought my unused Urban Sanctuary bag (it was from several years ago) to this store on 5/4/26 because the material is cracking and falling apart, even though it has never been used and is still in the original packaging. The staff told me that since it is over a year old, it doesn’t fall under quality assurance. I explained that I didn’t even need the bag back; I just wanted them to send it to Quality Control to investigate why the material is failing so badly. One employee tried to help, but another lady (wearing a short green Define jacket and white shorts) was incredibly unprofessional. She gave me misleading information—first claiming she was the assistant manager, then saying she wasn’t—and refused to give me her name. She told me to contact the regional manager, but the phone number she provided does not work. When I called the store back to clarify, she told me a manager would contact me. When I asked if I could follow up if I didn’t hear back in 3 days, she simply said “no” and hung up on me. Extremely disappointed in the low-quality materials and the dismissive service.

  I tried to return brand new items with tags that were past 30 days due to a medical reason, but the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of handling it professionally, they told other employees, wrote “exchange only” on my items, and inserted a note, which made it feel like they thought I would try to get around the policy. When I asked about my balance, I was told to “just look at the receipt” with no effort to assist. Rude, unprofessional, and very disappointing customer service.

  The staff is arrogant and impatient treat different races with different altitudes aka discrimination . Will not visit this store again
