- MMMaya McKeeNov 2, 20252.0I love lululemon and have never had an issue with customer service. In fact it’s typically great and the employees have always been very kind and eager to help. Then I came to this location in downtown Los Gatos and tried to exchange my leggings that had a hole in them after buying them within the year policy. They denied me and even after showing a receipt they said it was impossible that I bought them within a year considering the condition and the manufacture date. I even waited an extra 10 minutes for the manager and all she did was explain that I was lying instead of helping me with the situation or hearing what I was going through. I then took my leggings to a different location and they had no problem exchanging it and did not argue with me about it. Save yourself the trouble and go to Valley Fair.
