  I ordered the Luxe Roses arrangement from their website. The bouquet shown online featured roses, pink filler flowers, and a full, premium-looking design. When the arrangement arrived, it contained only 13 roses that were clearly not fresh, as some of the petals were falling off. The overall presentation looked nothing like the photo shown online, and the pink filler flowers advertised were completely missing. The next day, I contacted the shop to request a refund and express my disappointment. They apologized and offered to resend a replacement, assuring me it would include fresh roses and pink fillers to match the photo. Unfortunately, the replacement looked almost identical to the first delivery: the same small number of red roses, no pink filler flowers, and roses that again did not appear fresh. I am extremely disappointed by this experience. The product delivered does not reflect what is advertised and is not worth anywhere near a $100+ price.

  I ordered flowers to be delivered for my wife's birthday. When they hadn't been delivered by 5:00p, I called the shop and was told "They were out for delivery and would arrive in 1.5-2 hours." Very late - but OK, we are home and it will be fine. I kept peering out the front door all evening but nothing arrived. Finally, after checking my phone and waiting to hear the doorbell countless times, I turned the front porch light off I noticed them carelessly sitting on the porch. They were delivered after 11pm! Zero communication, door bell ring, etc. I called the shop the next morning to explain what happened and their only remediation was to come pick up the flowers for a full refund. No creative solution or remorse. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
