It was to be delivered on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. When I called them twice that day, they assured me both times that my flowers were out for delivery. I don't know if they were lying or have a terrible communication system, but either way, the flower arrangement never arrived. After their closing time at 5:00, I left messages on their voicemail, but no one ever called me back, even days later. Their service is F minus terrible.
