- BCBryson CartmellMar 19, 20261.0Absolutely terrible experience placed an order on the 8th and called them on the 16th which was supposed to be the estimated delivery date only to find out they never shipped my order. I was told that my order would be going on the printer next and be sent out tomorrow here it is the 19th with absolutely no update if you try to cancel your order they keep the customization charge and taxes collected and then attempt to charge you an 18$ restocking fee at this point I just feel that they’re scamming other companies I’ve already ordered from 3 separate customization companies and all 3 orders were shipped within 24 hours and DELIVERED BEFORE THESE SHIPPED please save your money and explore other options if you care about retaining your clients and having reliable consistent stock this is not the place. UPDATE the company shipped my order today and apparently expedited the shipping they also offered me a 25$ refund for the customization charge but that still doesn’t correct the waiting issue or make up for any money I’ve lost in the meantime I’m sure this company will continue to grow and maybe have faster fulfillment times in the future but for the time being they’re unable to fulfill the amount of orders they have within a reasonable time span I hope if anyone from this company is reading this review it’s taken as constructive criticism and not hate I understand the struggle of starting a small business but fulfillment times should be your number one focus.
