  I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service here. The staff came across as rude and overly pushy from the start, which immediately made the environment uncomfortable. When I shared the price range I was looking to stay within, instead of being helpful, I was told to “go to Target,” which felt dismissive and completely unprofessional. What made that comment even more frustrating is that I know my price range was reasonable—I’ve spent within that same range at this exact store before, and I’m aware they carry brands that fit it. So it wasn’t a matter of unrealistic expectations, it was just poor service. The whole interaction made me feel so uncomfortable that I ended up leaving. I walked in fully intending to make a purchase, but the way I was treated completely changed that. I left immediately instead. Definitely not the kind of experience I expected or would want to repeat.

  Came to fix my sunglasses which I bought from them and they were like no we don’t fix it go another places they do it for u , and it happens to me before with another sunglasses which also I bought from them , worst custom service ever they only want us to buy but they don’t give a shit after selling , I don’t recommend any one one to come buy from this store . So disappointed

  What a great experience. The salesperson Morgan was top notch. Super friendly. I went in with a friend to just tag along on a return. Ended up buying a pair of Ray Bans. Morgan was very good at pointing out all the deals in the store to entice me to make purchase, all without feeling pressured to do so. Masterclass salesperson.

  I visited this location to exchange a pair of sunglasses I purchased about 72 hours earlier from a Sunglass Hut in Florida while on a business trip. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When I explained to the associate (an older Caucasian gentleman) that I realized I already owned a similar pair and wanted to exchange them, he opened the case and immediately said the glasses had been worn and had smudges and scratches. The glasses were only worn briefly from the store to my car before being placed in my luggage, and only needed to be cleaned. Mind you, i had ALL the original packaging, including the receipt. I asked if he could make an exception, but he refused and said they needed to be in unworn condition. This was frustrating because the pair I purchased was the location in Florida had been on display, meaning they had already been tried on by customers, so technically they were worn. During the interaction, he also made a comment saying, “I don’t know why you’re buying glasses with all the things that are going on in the world right now, good luck, i'm sorry i don't want to get in trouble for returning these, the company is very strict” which I found unnecessary and inappropriate. I politely boxed the glasses and went to another location at Century City, where a sales associate named Fatima provided excellent service. She inspected the glasses, cleaned them, and issued me a gift card without any issue. Sunglass Hut sells luxury eyewear, and customers expect a certain level of service. I hope future customers receive the kind of professional and helpful experience I received at the Century City location. If you see an older gentlemen with grey hair at the Beverly Center location, please avoid him or work with another associate.

  We had the pleasure of meeting Robert a few days ago. He was extremely helpful in executing a return and patient in facilitating an additional purchase. He even cleaned the crappy pair of Target sunglasses we came in with, eager to replace. He was affable, thoughtful and made our experience a lovely, memorable one.
