  I had a really great experience with Sam’s Jewelry. I brought in my engagement ring for prong work and general maintenance, and Sam did a beautiful job. After the initial work, I noticed the setting was slightly tilted. I brought it back in, and Sam took the time to explain everything, show me where the ring was a bit delicate, and fixed it perfectly. He was very professional, honest, and made sure everything was sitting straight and secure before I left. My ring looks amazing now and feels much more stable. I also really appreciate that he offers lifetime cleaning and told me I can always come back if anything needs attention. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Sam’s Jewelry.

  Incredible experience and financial transparency. Drove from the Desert to get some gold pieces repaired, Sam’s Jewelry provided me a quote and respected the time frame/travel I made. Definitely will be taking any pieces I have for repair here moving forward.

  I had a watch that my local repair shop could not fix. Sam and his team did a fantastic job with the repair and resizing an cleaning some jewelry. They are professional, courteous, and skilled in their craft. Highly recommend.

  I’ve gone back to Sam for a couple of different things over the years and he’s the best. From resetting my engagement ring, to adding diamonds to my wedding bands, to simple repairs like fixing bracelets, he always offers a fair price and makes sure I’m 100% happy with the result.

  Sam’s rules. There are alot of options in downtown for jewelry and watch repair but i ended up in Sam’s and i’m happy i did. Sam is fantastic. He really loves jewelry and has a great eye for it. He’s customized a vintage southwest bracelet for me and set a stone in a pendant. Both immaculate. His watch guy wears a rolex lab coat and is swiss trained. I’ve had my watch serviced and it was impressive. He checked it for waterproofness and accuracy for 3 days in different positions. That’s thorough. That’s what you want. And the prices are reasonable!!
