  I feel like management needs to see this. I went in to look at purfumes, and wow they really need to tell their salespeople to back off. It’s such a deterant to go into a store and be basically attacked with customer service. 10 DIFFERENT people in 8 minutes asked me if I needed help… I struggled to even have a chance to look and smell different options because I couldn’t just shop in piece for more then a moment before someone interrupted. These agents should be more cognizant of their counterparts asking prior to them because it made me want to walk out I felt overwhelmed and stressed out. By the time I was ready to check out or check a price I didn’t want to talked to an agent because they’re all crowding me most of the time. They need to pay attention and anticipate not interject, 5 star service is hospitality not interruption. Asking once or twice is fine but more than that is excessive, but not only did one person come up to me but SEVERAL and I don’t see how it’s possible to shop with that. I won’t be retuning to Nordstrom. One of the last employees to come up to me I firmly stated “no I’m all set”, to which she rudely responded “well this is my section” the young man I was next to noticed her tone and also thought it was disrespectful. Seems that the fragrance department has a lot of bad reviews in this location. It seems that even with the responses of “this will be addressed” it doesn’t seem like it’s being addressed enough. Get your employed in line.

  I was at the Century City location to buy a pair of Hoka sneakers . I had a hard time getting somebody to help me . One salesperson I asked said he was busy , yet he was hanging around the register . Another finished w his customer & disappeared in the side room totally ignoring me despite previously being asked to help me . Another one was walking around just avoiding customers. I felt ignored & disrespected in purpose. Do they realize they have a paycheck because customers come & buy things ? I was there for quite awhile & I was ready to leave to go to Bloomingdale’s when a sales person came close to me & surprisingly said he could help me ! His name is Charles & he was wonderful. He was patient , polite & friendly & helped me with my requests. I wish you have more like Charles in the women’s shoes department. I was reading some of the reviews mentioning poor customer service & it seems that everybody is receiving the same standard reply from management !!…. I am not surprised nothing changes . Nobody really cares. The rating is for the negative experience not for Charles , the sale person .

  Easy online pickup located on the third floor. Parking docks down points. Hard to find parking and no dedicated spot for online order customers to park for at most 30 mins.

  Heidi in the men’s department at the Century Store is wonderful! We came in for a sweater and she helped me find trousers and two other shirts to go with it. She was helpful, friendly, and not overly-aggressive about selling. Ironically, I bought more than I intended, but she helped me put things together so well and I’m really happy with my purchase. Usually we shop at the Grove, but we will be making the trip to Century City to find Heidi from now on—thanks so much for the great experience and terrific service. Heidi’s the best!
