He even cleaned the crappy pair of Target sunglasses we came in with, eager to replace. He was affable, thoughtful and made our experience a lovely, memorable one.

My husband and I came in to buy Prada sunglasses for him, but instead we were met with an arrogant attitude and shocking comments like, “You can leave this store,” and “You don’t have enough money for these glasses.” No jokes, this is exactly what he said, word for word. Everything can be seen on the camera. We were honestly shocked and even laughed because it was so unbelievable. We have friends who own similar retail businesses, and we’ve never experienced such condescending behavior from a sales associate, especially at a place like Sunglass Hut. I’m going to post a video about this on social media soon. I hope he sees it.

We were greeted by an employee named Fred, and it was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Fred was very rude, disrespectful, and spoke to us in a completely unprofessional manner. At one point, he practically kicked us out of the store, and when I tried to walk back in, he told me “don’t come in.” This behavior is absolutely unacceptable for a store that claims to offer premium service. We left feeling very frustrated and disrespected. I do not recommend this location at all.
