He took the time to explain not only the new Meta Ray-Ban 2 sunglasses and the underlying technology, but also how different frames should properly fit on the face, which made a real difference in our decision-making. Toward the end, I also asked Fatemeh for her opinion as we were deciding between a couple of options, and she was helpful in offering another honest perspective. Overall, Martin never pushed a sale; instead, he offered thoughtful, informed guidance and clearly cared about helping us find what truly worked best for us. His expertise and calm, confident approach made the entire experience enjoyable and easy. Sunglass Hut is lucky to have them both.
