  Made an online order with pickup at this store. I changed my mind and didn’t pick up the item, so I started the return process. Support told me I needed to get a receipt from the store and provide the store’s phone number. When I called the store, the employee was very rude and clearly not interested in helping resolve the situation. When I tried to explain that support told me to contact the store, he said, “I don’t care what they told you.” Very unprofessional

  Justin and other staff were great. I had tons of questions regarding the Meta glasses. They were very patient, even when my husband was calling me to ask a new question they had no problem. I appreciate their patience and willingness to help. Overall a great experience. Drove an hour away just to come to the nearest Ray-Ban store.

  I came into the store for an exchange because the glasses were a little smaller than I liked. I don’t recall the store manager’s name, but I believe it was Robert. He exceeded my expectations for how a customer should be treated. The product I wanted wasn’t available in the store, so he helped me order it and had it shipped directly to my home. We made small talk, and I left the store happy. I commend him for his excellent customer service and for handling my exchange smoothly and without any issues.

  Justin made the entire process of purchasing my Meta glasses incredibly easy and stress-free. He was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. Outstanding customer service—I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.   I have never been so disrespected in a retail store in my life. I came in today as a polite, quiet customer to return a pair of Meta Gen 2s (with my receipt and case) and was met with pure hostility by an employee named Justin (ID: 221271). This guy has no business working in customer service. He was aggressive from the jump, calling me "ridiculous" and accusing me of "taking advantage" of the store just because I didn't have the cardboard pull-tab from the box—which is literally impossible to save because you have to rip it to open the product. The most disgusting part was his physical attitude. He literally THREW my receipt and bag in the trash and slammed my sunglasses case onto the counter while talking trash about me to his coworker right in front of my face. It was intimidating, unprofessional, and frankly, unhinged behavior. Justin is a liability to this store. His behavior was borderline harassment and I’ve never felt so uncomfortable. If management actually cares about their reputation, this guy needs to be fired immediately. Do not give this location your money as long as they employ people who think it’s okay to throw things and insult customers.
