I came into this store and had a not so great experience with a guy sales associate and walked out unhappy with my purchase. I came back in today to exchange and was helped by a young lady named Jenny who was kind, offered a fresh pair of glasses to be shipped to my house given that they didn’t have a new pair in the store and honored the Black Friday sale price. I’m so happy that I came back and got what I wanted. Great customer service by both of the ladies who work in the store!

I went into the store at The Grove yesterday and was assisted by Kennedie. She went out of her way to answer my questions about the new Display glasses. I had a short window of time and she sent me to the Meta Lab on Melrose to get what I wanted since The Grove was sold out. She could have just left me alone, but she chose to be very helpful. When my trip was successful and I returned, she was helpful again.

Pésimo servicio, pregunté por las nuevas ray ban meta, la tienda no estaba llena anexo foto le dije que quería comprar unas y con una mala actitud me dijo que no podía que solo con cita.
