I came back in today to exchange and was helped by a young lady named Jenny who was kind, offered a fresh pair of glasses to be shipped to my house given that they didn’t have a new pair in the store and honored the Black Friday sale price. I’m so happy that I came back and got what I wanted. Great customer service by both of the ladies who work in the store!

I had a short window of time and she sent me to the Meta Lab on Melrose to get what I wanted since The Grove was sold out. She could have just left me alone, but she chose to be very helpful. When my trip was successful and I returned, she was helpful again.
