Nelson was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and had a great eye for style. He took the time to understand what I liked and made thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole experience enjoyable and effortless. If you're visiting this location, definitely ask for Nelson—he truly elevates the shopping experience!

No one greeted me when I walked in, and when I asked for assistance, the sales associate brushed me off. When I showed her a picture of the purse and asked about it, she reluctantly looked it up online and simply said, “We don’t have it in the store.” There was no offer to help me place an online order or suggest alternatives. Honestly, even if they did have the purse in stock, I wouldn’t buy it from them after that experience. Such a disappointing level of service for a brand I expected much more from.
