I started doing business with the LA location recently. A friend & I avidly collect GoT jewelry items, & when we found Pyrrha we both became obsessed. I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of the manager here, Jo. I feel very confident saying she’s a large part of why we’ve purchased so much. We’ve made several orders with her now that have all been very smooth & pleasant, & with additional pieces still on our wishlists we plan to continue returning. Neither of us live anywhere near LA, so we buy long distance. Jo continually makes the entire buying process a breeze. She is very prompt with her communication, extremely kind, super understanding, fun to work with, & unconditionally patient.
