I called the store on a bit of a mission: I was looking for two sweaters for my niece in Ireland, who is picky as heck and would only accept pale pink and navy, both colours that were sold out in most stores. I was so lucky that Nelson picked up the phone the day I called, because from that moment on, everything fell perfectly into place. After I explained what I was looking for, Nelson immediately jumped into action. He tracked down exactly what I needed, handled everything seamlessly, and then made sure the sweaters were shipped to Ventura within two days so I could take them with me on my Ireland trip. Because of Nelson, a little girl is going to have a magical Christmas. His customer service was thoughtful, proactive, and genuinely kind—rare these days and so appreciated. To say Nelson’s customer service was impressive doesn’t even cover it. Ralph Lauren is lucky to have him.
