The one I tried on fit perfectly, and the male staff said he would give me a new one. But when I got home, it felt too big, and I started wondering if it was really new. I came back to exchange or return it, but the female staff bent the frame inward without asking me first, which made me uncomfortable. They also said I couldn’t return it without the cleaning cloth, so I had to leave. I came back again and met the original male staff — they were polite and helpful. Just want to say I really like Oakley, and I wasn’t trying to take advantage of the BOGO 50% promo. I returned the full-price pair because it didn’t feel right. I hope the customer service — especially from the female staff — can be more considerate.
