A woman working in the fragrance section upstairs was extremely disrespectful in the way she spoke to me. Her tone was dismissive, unhelpful, and honestly made me feel uncomfortable rather than welcomed. Customer service should be a priority in a store like this, and this interaction did not reflect the brand’s reputation at all. The rest of the store was fine, but one bad experience can easily overshadow everything else. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should be treated that way.

I can’t afford it but I figured I can for once buy my daughter and I this “ luxurious “ item for Christmas. Unfortunately my last dollars wasted and I blame myself for it . Nordstrom never delivered my item . It never arrived. When I call they gaslight you . But as a low income mother , they really do steal your money . I can’t afford to replace my daughter her Christmas gift . Don’t waste your time ordering things . I wasn’t asking for a refund . I was only asking for the product I wasted my money on .
