- CRCorie ROct 31, 20251.0This store is awful they keeping my funds and not owning up to it $700 and added it to a gift card now not trying to give me my money back whole staff is disappointing not helpful at all to help out there customers the manger Malanie is awful she’s should not be a manger she is the reason for this package not being arrived on time and sold me some old boots and tried to play me and said hey it’s what it is that is very unprofessional now my money is gone no package nothing not a good store to shop at they need a whole new staff.
- CHCherry HAug 31, 20251.0I recently visited this Michael Kors store while traveling from New York, and although the store itself looked beautiful, my experience with the staff and customer service was disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I felt somewhat judged based on my attire. The associate with red hair completely ignored me when I tried to get her attention to ask a question. When I turned to another staff member, with a nose piercing, she briefly apologized, saying she was with another customer, but didn’t offer to assist me afterward or let me know she’d be available soon. I ultimately left and ended up shopping at Macy's to get what I needed. I never expected such a cold experience, and it’s clear that Michael Kors has changed. This isn’t the brand experience I once knew.
