Your return policy online states you can do online returns “in store” or via the mail. I had an EXCHANGE and wanted a bigger bag so I drove 65 miles to do the exchange in store and when I got there, the manager Jesus refused to do the exchange. And when I asked why all he could say was “it’s our policy, you have to send it back”. Jesus was rude and had an “I’m better than you attitude” and was extremely unhelpful! Honestly I love the bag and just wanted a bigger size but this rude employee completely made me not even want to carry the brand. So I’ll be looking for a different bag and send this one back via mail. . It’s a shame that the store will not hold up it’s company policy and the non-chalant, “in just not gonna do it cause I don’t want to” attitude is appalling. The best part is he was willing ti do the exchange, but when he dint have what I wanted, he just flat out refused the return/ I asked if he could order me a new one, he refused and didn’t even try to show me anything else in store: just stood there with a condescending smile refusing the return. Jesus extreme lack of customer service should be looked into. He’s not a good representation of the brand. I hope corporate doesn’t have this same lack of unprofessionalism when I call.

This was my first time visiting this store as I was looking for this particular cross body bag for my daughter. The salesperson was very warm and friendly as I entered and was very knowledgeable about the item I wanted. I needed the bag to be shipped and they were more than accommodating for that. The entire process went smoothly without a hitch. Both salespersons at the end of my visit were engaged in conversations with me that made me feel like more than just a customer. That really matters when it comes down to if I was going to become a repeat customer. I would definitely recommend going to this store to shop. Good customer service.

The store and employees did nothing wrong of course. I just didn’t like that the store only carries bags. I wanted to try on a dress I saw on an email they sent me, but the store only has about 5 pieces of casual clothing in 1 size. The dress I wanted was only available in Vegas, they told me. Why bother marketing to people if you don’t have the product available? The whole ordering online to find it doesn’t fit is a waste of time.

Manager does not let me do an exchange for an online purchase at the store. She keeps lying that they don’t have the handbag, and I called several times & other employees say they do have it but once I tell them I want to do an exchange for a handbag I bought online because it has a slight damage they be like we do have it but it’s a display handbag. Like why ??????!!!!!
Not liable and responsible for the brand, that seems to be a high end designer. I don’t know why she doesn’t let me get a new handbag which I received some days ago & for her to keep the damaged one and sent it back to the manufacturer. Change the store manager immediately!!!
