- LNLevi-Tyler NoléDec 23, 20251.0Dana is the worst person there - I made a purchase at the Abbott Kinney Store (they were really nice and extremely helpful) that was shipped to my home. I took the jeans to the silver lake store where Dana was really nasty to both my partner and I. Her actions had racist undertones, she hovered over Michelle who was amazing by the way and so helpful - Michelle was trying really hard to help us Dana walked over asking « WHAT DOES HE WANT » whilst scoffing. It seemed like we were inconveniencing her. People like her do not belong in customer service. She left us feeling uncomfortable and not wanting to shop. We left and went to another denim store where they were extremely professional and kind to both of us.
