  It was not a smooth return/exchange experience. I got a pair of leggings with quality issues online when it's on sale, I went to this store to exchange but they said the same leggings are now in full price so either I pay the difference to "exchange" or exchange to another same value leggings on sale. I couldn't find any leggings on sale in the store and they also didn't let me return it and use the credit to buy any other products like shoes or bras. But when I got home and checked the website, it's still on sale online! I thought maybe online and in store are different so I tried to exchange online. However, when I reached out to their live chat agent, I was told the leggings I bought is only eligible for exchange or return in store. If it's that convenient to go to a store, who would have bought it online? And you are telling me your online and in store channels are so independent from each other that exact same product have different prices (well I get it), but at the same time they are not independent enough to provide customer support for items bought in the same channel? It doesn't make any sense from the beginning that they asked me to pay the difference to exchange, who calls it an exchange when you simply ask your customers buy exactly the same leggings at a higher price??? This is the first time I had issues with Lululemon's product and the customer service I received is ridiculous and totally a turn off for this brand.

  The clerk checking me out was rude. I expect top tier service while paying hard earned money and lulu lemon isn’t cheap. Never coming back here again.

  I called ahead of time to see if I could put an item on hold because there was only 2 in stock & I was coming all the way from Covina. The girl on the phone was super nice & helpful. Then when I got there I went immediately to the dressing room to pick up the item. The girl at the dressing room totally ignored me & was helping people that came after me. She kept looking past me even though I was standing right in front of her. I had to say excuse me but I’ve been here waiting & you keep looking pass me. She apologized, but I thought that was weird. Then she said the item was in the front at the cashier. So I waited in line to get the item & a couple of other things. When I got to the cashier she had an attitude & was kinda slamming the the items around like it was an inconvenience to be doing her job. This was the first time I experienced this kind of rudeness from lulu employee. Every other lulu store I’ve been to had nothing but wonderful employees that are happy to help or assist in any way. Never going to this lulu store again.
