The coat, in 3 sizes, was on a rack with a 40% Sale sign on it, but the coat itself is not on sale! That's what the sales person and his manager explained. They did not pull the coat from the rack, just explained the sign applies to everything else on the rack, but not the coat ... Unprofessional at best if not Deceptive!
