- SSStephanie6 days ago1.0Do not order from here. I will never order from this establishment again. First, the order was marked as delivered. However, it was never delivered. We never received it. We had called multiple times to request a refund. Each time we were told that the manager would reach out to us. It never happened! I directly contacted headquarters to issue a refund and they did it under 5 minutes or less. I’m disappointed at this franchise.

- ONOma NkeleFeb 15, 20261.0I wish I would’ve read the reviews first before placing an order. I placed an order on Valentine’s Day to be delivered before 4 pm at my wife’s job. They didn’t deliver it until 9:36 pm!!! She left work at 4 pm. Now the order is nowhere to be found. I have called a million times, left multiple voicemails and no one is picking up. Don’t order from here. You’ll lose out on your money. I’m extremely frustrated. You guys need to do better!!!!

My valentine was ruined by this location since I order something for my wife to surprise her at work…. 6 hours it said out for delivery after she left work it said deviled. After hours ….. this why you guys need to learn to pick up the phone not ignore thanks for ruining someone valentime! Really appreciate it can’t wait to speak to My TikTok video tomorrow about this location !
