    El arreglo de frutas que recibió el esposo de mi tia está muy arruinada no sirve tiene mal sabor muy mala experiencia, la naranja y el melon es lo que mas esta viejo. Si venden arreglos de frutas tiene q tener mas cuidado pq pueden enfermar.

    I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at this Edible Arrangements location. I placed an order three days in advance and was assured by the representative that the delivery would take place between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. Unfortunately, the delivery did not arrive until approximately 4:50 PM. Even more concerning, the arrangement was left outside the recipient’s door. Given the cost of the arrangement and the associated delivery fee, this level of service is unacceptable. This order was intended to be a thoughtful and timely gift, and the lack of professionalism in handling the delivery was both frustrating and disappointing. I hope steps will be taken to ensure a better experience for future customers.

    This may be the worst location that exist. I ordered catering to be delivered at 11:10am. They reached out and asked if it could be moved to 11:30. I said no problem. I didn't need it until 12. It's now 12:38pm. a full hour and 28 minutes from my original drop off time and it still has not arrived. Now they are not answering the phone. This is horrible. Stay away from Edible Arrangements and find a local spot to take care of this. Update: Order did not arrive until 1:30pm after my event ended.

    Poor service. I placed a order to have delivered which they did but the contact my friend and said they delivered the wrong item and went back to pick it up. Told him that they would send the correct one. Which they haven’t but emailed me that it had but delivered. I’ve been calling and no answer.
