- SRshelly-310 Rodriguez4 days ago1.0I came to this location today around 5:40 PM to redeem my birthday reward. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the employee had a negative attitude and avoided helping me. When I asked about redeeming my birthday gift, she told me I had to order online, even though the reward information does not clearly state that it must be ordered online. I had actually tried calling the store before coming, but no one answered the phone. On top of that, the store hours listed online appear to be incorrect, and I was told those are only their summer hours. I was planning to place an additional order while I was there, but the way I was treated completely changed my mind. Customer service matters, especially when someone is coming in to celebrate something small like a birthday reward. I hope management looks into improving communication and customer service at this location.
