Although a few items were missing on the initial delivery, the service truly stood out. The next day, I spoke with a very nice and professional gentleman who resolved the issue and arranged prompt delivery of the remaining items. Thanks to his courteous follow-up, my mom received the surprise and it made the celebration even more special. Overall, an excellent experience. They never delivered and instead cancel the order. When I tried to call to see what had happen no one ever answered the phone.
