Walked in with my sister and we both kindly asked about some pieces and he acted like we killed his best friend and was forced to help me. Genuinely the worst service I’ve ever had which is surprising since I’ve been to Paris where their service is known to be not amazing. Was actually really excited to try the piece I’ve been eyeing and was even considering to buy it but after this experience, I don’t know if I would ever buy something from David Yurman. Which is unfortunate as I’ve always been a fan of their craftsmanship. I understand that everyone has bad days but at least treat your customers with a little decency and respect. I never write bad reviews, but this guy’s attitude irked me so bad that I felt the need to write about it. As an employee you should think about how your actions reflect on the brand. Happened around 7pm on December 7th.
