- RHRod HardisonOct 25, 20251.0Walked into Cole Haan today with a client. The associate named Chloe lifted her head for 1 seconds said hello and went back to what she was doing. We stayed in the store for about another 3 minutes looking at shoes not once did she approached us and asked if we needed any help . We left checked out another store and went back. Came back inside the store again no attention given and very disrespectful. We asked for the shoe size and she made us feel like we were bothering her. She went and got the shoe size came back and pretty much threw the shoes to him. He tried on the shoes and we went to purchase the shoes. Even during the checkout she was checked out . Her co-worker walk in and she paid more attention and spoke more to her co-worker in 10 seconds than she did to us in the whole time. People have to do better.
