  I had an amazing shopping experience at Canada Goose Los Angeles. I especially want to highlight Leo, who provided outstanding customer service. Leo was incredibly patient, professional, and friendly throughout my visit. He carefully listened to what I was looking for and recommended styles and sizes that suited my needs perfectly. He also took the time to explain the features, fit, and warmth level of each jacket, which helped me make a confident decision. Thanks to Leo, I found a piece I really love and felt truly taken care of as a customer. If you visit this store, I highly recommend asking for Leo – he will make your shopping experience so much better!

  Taking the time to write this because the customer service I received was so notable. I went in to confirm sizing on the jacket I had already purchased. I purchased an XS and wanted to try on a Small just in case. Upon walking in, I was greeted and Gabriel, who immediately listened to my situation and brought out the options they had to try. As I was going back and forth, DJ also joined in to offer his thoughts and ask what I was primarily using it for, which changed the equation for me. Ultimately, we decided that I needed to try the small in the exact material that I had already purchased in order to make an educated decision. Gabriel proceeded to order it for me and I was called as soon as it arrived at the store. I went in again, and Gabriel and DJ were both there again to help me decide which to ultimately keep. I highlight this because I had already purchased the coat — they ultimately had nothing personally to gain — but as they said to me, “it’s an expensive jacket and you should feel that it’s right, so let’s get it right.” It is so refreshing to have such care and thoughtfulness in customer service. I wasn’t rushed or pressured — quite the opposite — their only concern was to get it right. I will be going back and getting a jacket from them for my husband just because of the way they represented this luxury brand. I hope management sees this because DJ and Gabriel are true representatives of the product and I hope they are as respected and appreciated as they made me feel as a customer.

  My purchasing experience wouldnt have been amazing without Asaad! He truly made the experience welcoming and made sure the gift i chose was perfect! Thank you Asaad! Will definitely be back soon :)

  The quality of the clothes is pretty well established, so this is my review of the store experience. This store was beautifully laid out and the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. Gabriel and Kim helped me pick out something that worked for me without ever pressuring me to speed up my decision making. Would definitely come again to shop there instead of just buying online.
