He told me where to go and to ask for him. When I got there he and the rest of staff were so pleasant and helpful. I knew what coats I was interested in and told him what I wanted to try on. My size wasn't on the rack, but he went to the back and found all the coats I wanted in my size. He was so awesome and it was pleasure doing business with him. The store is new, beautiful and well stocked. I highly recommend going there. I know I will be back when I return to LA.

We tried on a bunch of different coats, and he was super patient, always making sure we found the right sizes. He even helped us place an order for home delivery. When I tried to use my Canadian gift card and it didn’t work, another staff member, DJ, apologized and gave me two water bottles, even though it wasn’t their fault. Really appreciated that gesture! Highly recommend this store for top-notch service. You won’t be disappointed!
