  Bonobos is fine for basic work clothes, but I would not buy anything other than jeans, chinos and workwear shirts from them. A word of advice -- if you can, process all returns through the store, DO NOT RETURN VIA MAIL! I returned via UPS and 20 days after receiving the return I am still waiting for a response, any response from Bonobos. I had to file a PayPal claim because of Bonobos failure to respond.

  We had an excellent experience at this Bonobos—it was extremely clean and had a great selection and staff. Parish was absolutely exceptional and helped me pick out a wonderful suit set, blazer, and chinos. He took his time and walked through fit and color alternatives, and provided great recommendations for outfits/pairings. We will absolutely be back again! Excellent experience, made the suit selection process so fun and easy. Thank you, Parish!

  Stopped in here, Monday, November 17, 2025 at approximately 7:15 PM Matt and Parish were both working and provided a premium retail experience!! I’m not usually the type to write a review more often than not I complain which I think is more valuable because positive reviews can be superficial. Where negative reviews tend to hold more weight and have more validity. That said these guys deserve this review in 2025. It’s hard to get anybody to do their job anywhere. Matt and Parish made my shopping experience easier than I could’ve imagined. As a retailer that is e-commerce based they provided the highest level of service in helping me get fitted with the available sizes and colors they had in stock. With many retailers, it’s hard to find product availability, especially in your size, even if it’s just a try on. That was not a problem here they had the sizes and fitment that I needed to help me make my buying decision. It’s good to know that whatever Bonobo is doing they are taking care of their employees so they don’t feel customers are a burden. If you’re looking for a quality suit with a good fit off the rack and good service These two guys are your resource!

  I went to an appt with Joseph for a fitting. He was so helpful. He listened to what I was looking for but made suggestions and gave feedback on every piece. He was knowledgeable and had a real attention to detail. Even matching shirts that compliemented my ring. I will go back and request him. I would recommend hiring this guy for a manager role.

  Bonobos is a great spot for men's clothing basics. I love the Guide Shop experience. The preferred method of shopping here is to schedule an appointment online and when you arrive a staff member personally helps you through your shopping experience which includes helping you with sizing, their different fit styles, and information on different products and variations. I just popped in the last time without an appointment and still received a high level of service. All products are purchased through their online system and shipped to your home so don't expect to purchase and leave with something that day. Returns can be made at the store or shipped back for free with the included shipping label. Highly recommend this type of shopping experience.
